As a Technical Manager, I have been involved in designing of over 5 msqft of facades & fenestration over the past 13 years and highlighted some of the landmark buildings like Olympia Tech Park – Chennai, Ascendas Tech Park – Chennai, Prestige Polygon – Chennai, Prestige Tech Park (PTP) – Bangalore, Vrindavan Tech Village – Bangalore, Ritz Carlton Hotel – Bangalore, Amada – Bangalore, Beaumonde Towers – Mumbai, Cynergy – Mumbai, Lodha Bellissimo Residential Tower – Mumbai, Embassy Tech Park – Bangalore, KACST 4.1 & KACST 2.11 – Saudi Arabia.

Many quality checks are done to make sure that the installed facade meets the design requirements and my job is to make sure that the projects are executed on time. With my experience of over 15 years of handling various real estate projects, I’m able to foresee site related challenges and be prepared for any eventualities.
